Bhavin Patel, D.D.S., Prosthodontist (Specialty# 5984)

Dr. Bhavin Patel is a Prosthodontist (Specialty #5984) - specialist in aesthetic, reconstructive and implant dentistry.

He graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University and received his doctoral degree from New York University. After receiving his doctoral degree, he completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) with numerous awards at NYU. His goal is to serve his patients better so he went on to become a specialist in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He was accepted into the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey advanced education in Prosthodontics, where he learned the art and science of Prosthodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry. With vast knowledge in complex dental restorations and rehabilitation, he often serves as a consultant to general dentists and other dental specialists and receives referrals from them. When not in the practice; he lectures locally and internationally on Aesthetic Dentistry including porcelain veneers, bonding, and implants to achieve personalized smiles.

He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American College of Prosthodontics, American College of Cosmetic Orthodontics, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

He has been on several mission trips donating his time and expertise. Locally, he has offered yearly Smile Makeover contests, successfully changing the life of several patients. He just completed treatment on the winners of the Veterans of Armed Services contestants.

As a Prosthodontist, his mission is to create beautiful smiles with maximum comfort, high level of function and impeccable patient specific aesthetics. Dr. Patel is devoted to his profession and never stops learning innovative techniques and materials available in today's dentistry and takes advanced courses to keep up with the latest technology.

Dr. Kevin J. Carey, D.M.D.

Dr. Kevin Carey graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude , Phi Beta Kappa, from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He went on to earn his doctorate from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with the prestigious distinction of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society.

At Rutgers, Dr. Carey was nationally recognized for his dental research and was able to travel the country presenting his work. He also excelled clinically among his peers and was awarded the senior awards for research excellence, operative dentistry, as well as the leadership award granted by the International College of Dentists.

After graduation, Dr. Carey was hired by Rutgers where he worked for over two years as a staff dentist and faculty clinical instructor. Dr. Carey is a third-generation dentist in his family and has loved dentistry all his life! Dr. Carey’s hobbies include listening to classic rock and blues music, trivia, cooking and spending time at the Jersey shore. Dr. Carey proudly joined Seaview Dental Arts in October 2018.

Dr. Beydoun

With nineteen years of experience, Dr. Beydoun, board-certified by the American Board of Periodontology, is renowned in New York and New Jersey for his consistently exceptional results in periodontal and dental implant surgery.

His artistic surgical technique and gentle approach to treatment, which promotes reduced recovery time, make him the first choice for many patients seeking dental implants as well as other periodontal procedures in the New York and New Jersey area.

Dr. Beydoun initially received his DMD degree from Boston University in 1994. He then completed three years of rigorous training in Periodontics and dental implants, in addition to a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Beydoun accomplished the prestigious and demanding step of becoming a Board-Certified periodontist and dental implantologist in 1997. Dr. Beydoun's extensive training makes him one of New Jersey's leading periodontal and implant surgeons. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Beydoun serves part-time as a Clinical Professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine Department of Post-Graduate Periodontics.

Bonnie Ross is the office manager for Seaview Dental Arts. She has worked in the dental office for 31 years and she brings an array of experience and creativity. Bonnie is the liaison between the office accountant, insurance company representatives, dental supply representatives, handling of patient concerns and supportive of team members, as well as overseeing all other business aspects of the practice. Bonnie's main focus is to make sure the patient's experience is exceptional and to ensure a consisteht and patient-friendly practice.

She is a Lifetime member with the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is working towards her Fellowship status with AADOM. She also has participated in the AADOM's Virtual Study Club since 2011 and currently takes numerous continuing education courses. Bonnie is also a member of the Southern Jersey Chapter of AADOM Study Club.

When not in the office her favorite things to do are; spending time with her husband, three adult children and grandson, going to the beach, and riding her motorcycle with her husband.

Jessica Perez

Jessica Perez is the insurance coordinator here at Seaview Dental Arts. Jessica is here to ensure that all claims submitted to the patient's dental insurance are processed quickly and efficiently. Claims can include anything form the patient's standard cleaning to more complex procedures that may require a pre-authorization. She is available to help with possible payment options for any remaining balance not covered by the patient's insurance, as well as to answer any other questions or concerns the patient may have.

On Jessica's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Tina

Pat Nyhan is the patient care coordinator for Seaview Dental Arts. When answering the phone Pat's pleasant voice will accommodate the patient's many needs; whether they request a check-up and cleaning or have a specific dental problem. Pat will make them feel comfortable with the initial phone call and answer any questions with patience, understanding and compassion; the same way she would like to be treated. Pat will gather their insurance information so it can be verified by the insurance coordinator. When patients come in she greets them with a warm smile and will answer any questions or concerns they may have. She will inform the provider that they have arrived and see that they are seated in a timely manner.

Outside of work Pat enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
